Van Straaten & Havey Mill, Berkley Ave near Greene Street, Germantown, Northwest Philly.

This building was not fenced off and had an open door on the side, so I was able to easily lean in and get an interior shot. I am still too chicken to just walk in.

I Googled this building and found out  it was a fabric Mill built in 1919 for $60,000.
