Abandoned Industrial Building, Glenwood & Oxford street, Brewerytown, North Philly.
Back in 2006, Westrum Development Company had a “Brewerytown Master Plan” that promised 17 acres of “Cool Homes in a Hot Neighborhood.” It looks like they completed 1 project, “Brewerytown Square,” and bailed on the rest, leaving a hot mess of ruin behind.
You would think they would take down their numerous signs of “New Phases Coming Soon” that are still posted all over the area.
